Shipping Method:
If you do not specify a carrier, we will ship by the most economic way.We
are not responsible for damage or loss of goods in transit. All claims
must be made to the carrier or consignee. The delivery receipt should
be clearly marked as to nature of claim determined in the presence of
the driver.Claims for shortage, damage, loss or error in shipment must
be made to the carrier.
Returned Shipments:
Returned goods will not be accepted, under any circumstances, without
our specific written authorization.Products returned in good condition
with authorization and transportation charges prepaid will be granted
credit less 15% for shipping and handling expense.
Returned shipments will not be accepted after 30 days of purchase.
Terms:
All sales are net 30 days F.O.B. Metal Fabricating Corporation, Cleveland.
Three references and one bank reference will be necessary if you do
not have an account with us. Cash in advance, pro forma billing, in
